Introduction

As part of our strategic direction, Cybervergent has established an Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns with the requirements of the following international standards:

Policy Statement

At Cybervergent, we are committed to the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of an Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns with the requirements of:

  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • ISO/IEC 27701:2019 – Privacy Information Management System (PIMS)
  • ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System (QMS)

We recognize our responsibility to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets; deliver consistent, high-quality services; uphold the privacy rights of individuals; manage service delivery effectively; and ensure the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence.

Commitment to Fulfilling Requirements

A clear definition of the requirements for the Management Systems will be agreed and maintained with the business so that all activities are focused on the fulfillment of those requirements. Statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements will also be documented and inputted into the planning process. Specific requirements regarding the security of new or changed systems or services will be captured as part of the design stage of each project

Top Management Leadership and Commitment

Commitment to the Management Systems extends to senior levels of the organization and will be demonstrated through this and IMS Policy, the provision of appropriate resources to provide and develop the management system and associated controls.

Top management will also ensure that a systematic review of the performance of the programme is conducted on a regular basis to ensure that objectives are met and issues are identified through the audit programme and management processes.

Framework for Setting Objectives and Policy

Cybervergent’s high-level objectives for Information Security, Privacy, Quality, IT Service Management, and AI Governance are defined in the document CYV-IMS-0602-IMSPlan. These strategic objectives reflect the organization’s mission and regulatory obligations and are intended to remain stable over time.

Continual Improvement of the IMS

Cybervergent is committed to the continual improvement of its Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure it remains effective, efficient, and aligned with business goals, stakeholder expectations, and evolving compliance obligations. Our approach to continual improvement applies to all components of the IMS, including Information Security, Privacy, Quality, IT Service Management, and AI Governance.
